- Attendance and participation in lectures, film screenings, and discussion sessions
(more than two unexcused absences will result in a penalty
and can result in failing the course).
- Five Scantron Tests, one on each of the five plays, including lectures and films (best four scores out of five will be counted).
- One short critical paper (3 pages). Paper topics will be
distributed. Due Thursday, October 27, at the end of lecture.
- One short film analysis (3 pages). The review should show an in depth understanding of the play in addition to critiquing the film. Due Tuesday, December 6 in your appointed TA/Reader mailbox; 12:30 pm.
- Final Scantron Exam (covering all the material in the course).
The exam will be given only on the assigned day and at the
assigned time: Monday, December 5, 12-3pm, in Girvetz
1004.
No student will pass the course without
completing ALL of the above assignments.
All papers must be submitted in hardcopy and also uploaded in Gauchospace.
Plagiarism is a serious academic crime and will be prosecuted. |
